Polders & Villages

A beautiful cruise via Marken-Binnen to West-Knollendam. We sail along the rustic Knollendammervaart towards Spijkerboor. Keep your camera ready for the legendary ‘Jan Hop’ ferry and the mighty Fort Spijkerboor, part of the UNESCO Defense Line of Amsterdam. The route continues past the picturesque 17th-century facades of Oost- and West-Graftdijk. Pure Dutch enjoyment!

Alkmaardermeer

Are you looking for space, tranquility, and natural beauty? The Alkmaardermeer is a stunning, vast expanse of water dotted with islands, including the idyllic "De Woude". Enjoy unique panoramic views of the Dutch polder landscape. It is the perfect spot to drop anchor for a leisurely lunch, a refreshing swim, or simply to enjoy the silence on the water.

Zaan & Amsterdam Skyline

A voyage full of unique contrasts. We start peacefully on the vast Alkmaardermeer and set course for the River Zaan. Here you literally sail through Dutch history, past monumental warehouses and the world-famous windmills of the Zaanse Schans. The highlight is the arrival in Amsterdam, where we cruise along the IJ river, offering spectacular panoramic views of the city skyline.

Terms and Conditions

Slow Fox Boat Rental Alkmaar

Article 1. Definitions

1. Lessor: Slow Fox Boat Rental, established in Alkmaar.

2. Lessee: The natural or legal person entering into the agreement.

3. Vessel: The luxury motor yacht "Slow Fox" (Sessa Oyster 35).

Article 2. Conclusion of Agreement

The agreement is established after confirmation of the reservation by the lessor and receipt of the agreed deposit.

Article 3. Payment & Cancellation

1. A deposit of 25% of the total amount is required upon booking. This is non-refundable.

2. The remaining amount must be paid before the start of the trip.

3. In case of bad weather (storm, thunder, or official weather warning code orange/red), the trip can be rescheduled free of charge. Rain is not grounds for free cancellation; the ship is covered.

Article 4. House Rules & Safety

1. Wearing high heels on board is not permitted to protect the teak deck.

2. Smoking is not permitted in the covered areas on board.

3. Pets are not allowed on board.

4. The instructions of the captain must be followed at all times for safety purposes.

Article 5. Liability

1. The lessee is liable for damage to the vessel or inventory caused by careless use or misconduct by the lessee or their party.

2. The lessor is not liable for personal injury or loss/theft of personal belongings of the lessee.

Article 6. Force Majeure

If the lessor cannot make the vessel available due to force majeure (e.g., mechanical failure), the lessee is entitled to a full refund but has no right to further compensation.
